The opportunity

Search has changed. Buyers now ask an assistant before they open a search bar. We help brands win that moment, and we are looking for someone who lives and breathes answer engine and generative engine optimisation.
You will own AEO and GEO strategy across client engagements: structuring content and data so AI search reads it, trusts it and recommends it, shaping schema and entities, and measuring how often our clients show up in AI answers. You will work closely with our engineering and content teams to turn strategy into shipped changes.
You are a fit if you understand modern search deeply, from technical SEO and structured data to how large language models retrieve and cite sources. You are comfortable with data, curious about a fast changing field, and able to explain your thinking to clients.
