For Mahindra Electric we built a voice chatbot that holds real conversations about range, charging and features across the whole SUV lineup, answering around the clock. For Surana Jewellers we brought back the feel of a personal jeweller, a voice assistant that helps visitors discover pieces and understand the craft behind them, in the moment they ask.
Where voice is heading next
The next shift is agents that act across channels in one interaction, a voice call that also texts a receipt or emails a confirmation without a human ever stepping in unless something genuinely needs one. We build toward that direction now rather than retrofitting for it later.
