Who we are and these terms

digiiq.com is run by Digiiq Inc (Sacramento, California, United States) and Digiiq IT Solution Pvt Ltd(Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India), together “DigiIQ”, “we” or “us”. These terms apply when you use the site. By using it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Our services

The site describes our work and services. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and the DigiIQ company that delivers it, and that agreement prevails over anything on this site.

Using the site

You may use the site lawfully, to learn about us and to get in touch. You agree not to:

• break any law or infringe anyone’s rights through the site;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or its data;
• disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, or scrape or copy it in bulk by automated means;
• submit false, misleading or someone else’s information through our forms.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, videos and logos on this site belong to DigiIQ or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Client and partner names and logos belong to their owners. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, adapt or reuse our content without our written permission. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email us and we will look into it promptly.

What you send us

When you send a demo request, a job application or a newsletter sign-up, you confirm the information is accurate and yours to share. Please do not send confidential information through our forms; we can agree confidentiality terms before you share it. Applying for a role does not create an employment relationship.

We handle what you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our chat assistant

The chat assistant answers questions automatically. Its answers are general information about DigiIQ, can be incomplete or wrong, and are not professional advice or a commitment from us. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Case studies and results describe specific engagements and do not promise similar outcomes.

Changes to the site

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time, and we do not guarantee it will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DigiIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit, arising from your use of the site or your inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your responsibility

If you break these terms or the law while using the site, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable costs DigiIQ incurs as a result, to the extent the law allows.

The site links to websites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India for services delivered by Digiiq IT Solution Pvt Ltd, and by the laws of the State of California for services delivered by Digiiq Inc. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant location.

General

These terms are the whole agreement between you and DigiIQ about using the site. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, which applies from the day it is published.
