Agentforce Developer

About the Role 

We are looking for an experienced Agentforce Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement AI-powered solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Apex, Lightning, Flows, and integrations, with a solid understanding of CRM and enterprise AI use cases. 

You will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, administrators, and development teams to build secure, scalable, and intelligent Agentforce solutions that improve customer and employee experiences. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions for business use cases. 
• Build and customize AI agents, topics, actions, instructions, and workflows. 
• Configure Agentforce Data Libraries, grounding, prompts, and AI-driven experiences. 
• Develop custom Agentforce actions using Apex, Flow, REST APIs, and Salesforce automation. 
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce and external enterprise systems. 
• Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to support data grounding, personalization, and AI use cases. 
• Develop and optimize Prompt Templates / Prompt Builder solutions. 
• Build Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and support Salesforce functionality where required. 
• Implement appropriate security, access controls, data protection, and governance for AI solutions. 
• Troubleshoot, test, debug, and optimize Agentforce implementations. 
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. 
• Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, documentation, and production support. 
• Stay current with Salesforce AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and platform capabilities. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• 1+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. 
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and/or Salesforce AI capabilities. 
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. 
• Experience with Prompt Builder / Prompt Templates and generative AI use cases. 
• Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and AI grounding concepts. 
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware. 
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and data access. 
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as SFDX, Git, CI/CD, or DevOps Center. 
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, and release management. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Salesforce certifications such as Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer I/II, AI Associate, Administrator, or Data Cloud Consultant. 
• Experience implementing enterprise AI agents, chatbots, virtual assistants, or conversational AI solutions. 
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or industry-specific Salesforce solutions. 
• Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms. 
• Familiarity with AI concepts including LLMs, grounding, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and responsible AI. 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
