About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic AI Developer Trainee to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and software development.

As an AI Developer Trainee, you will work closely with experienced developers and AI engineers to build, test, integrate, and deploy AI-powered applications while gaining hands-on experience with modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing AI/ML-based applications and solutions.
• Work with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and AI APIs.
• Develop and integrate AI features into web or software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, primarily using Python.
• Work with APIs, databases, data processing pipelines, and third-party AI services.
• Assist in prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization of AI outputs.
• Experiment with AI models, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of AI applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to project reports.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with developments in AI and Generative AI.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of Python programming.
• Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs is preferred.
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, and basic software development concepts.
• Basic knowledge of databases such as SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.

Good to Have

• Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Hugging Face, or similar AI APIs/platforms.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI, Flask, or Streamlit.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or AI agents.
• Academic projects, internships, GitHub projects, or certifications related to AI/ML.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong programming skills and a genuine interest in AI are encouraged to apply.
