One campaign film, made personal for every doctor
With Lakshya Lalwani at the centre, we used AI to turn one Invisalign campaign film into personalised videos for doctors without repeating the production work for every message.

A message from a familiar face earns attention. A message that addresses a doctor personally earns more of it. The production problem is scale: recording, reviewing and exporting a separate film for every recipient turns a simple campaign into hours of repetitive work.
Invisalign needed the warmth of a direct message from Lakshya Lalwani without asking the actor, production crew and campaign team to repeat the same process for every doctor on the outreach list.
We designed an AI video workflow around one approved performance. The campaign team could supply each doctor’s details, and the system generated a finished variation in which the spoken message felt specific to that recipient while the performance, Invisalign identity and campaign direction stayed consistent.
The workflow separated what should never change from what needed to change every time. The approved film remained the creative source of truth; names and message details became structured inputs; automated generation and rendering handled the repetitive production layer. The team could review campaign-ready outputs instead of rebuilding each edit by hand.
Invisalign could send doctors a message that felt individual without turning personalisation into a production bottleneck. Hours of repeated recording and editing became a scalable workflow, giving the campaign team more time to focus on the audience, approvals and rollout.
